As a fan of the series who liked Absolution, I’m not worried about the new part at all. The highest difficulty, the entire interface and tips are turned off and go ahead. Exciting 300 hours of knocking out Silent Assassin. For me, the main elements of the Hitman series have always been hardcore, level design and variability, with which IO has not yet failed. And of course, a big plus for the fact that they removed the door-to-door gameplay, and now again you have to run back and forth throughout the entire level in search of some bottle of poison.
And they said what tasks would be in the full version? It will be funny if the full version contains these two tasks (one on a cruise ship, the other in the USSR), or if they are considered one task (training). Episodic system… I remember there was one episodic game, but it was never completed… What was it called… I remember it was on the Source engine… Oh, yes! SiN Episodes: Emergence! 1 episode released from 9!
Pre-ordered on Steam to try out the beta, and in general to play after March 11. Imagine my surprise when I saw the game icon, which almost completely corresponds to the icons of the first 4 parts (especially the Codename 47 icon). Immediately felt like a classic)))
Dear commentator! I didn’t say there www.casino-luxury.uk weren’t any options for killing methods, I said the game began to flirt with linearity (not true?!) and turned out to be (instinct as one of the main features). I didn’t say that there were no challenges either, I just drew attention to them.

Even the preview is not optimistic :/
IMHO, wait for more overkill, because the episodic system is a complete failure. At least I won’t buy it until the game is fully released
Thank you, at least the hated counter was removed, because of which I abandoned Hitman: Absolution. But something doesn’t feel like a step forward. As a fan of the first 3 parts, I still think it’s time for the series to develop.
It seems that Agent 47’s history ends here. The patient, to my deepest regret, is leaving for the morgue.
It’s kind of sad about this episodic system. For example, I went through all the parts almost without stopping, excitedly. A couple of missions every month or two is kind of lazy. Especially if there is a global connection in the plot. While I was waiting for the next pack, I forgot what was in the previous one. The saddest words in the preview, they say we are waiting for the release, so that we can wait again, and then again, and again… Another great series is raped by business. Buy a label, buy missions… I hope the missions will at least be bigger in every sense, and there will be less snot with the girls
What was infuriating about Absolution was not the linear levels or the emphasis on the plot, but the fact that in full-fledged missions on large maps the world did not live on its own. All events were activated by triggers when the player approached them. For example, you could wait endlessly for the guards to move away, and only when you rolled to a shelter closer to them would the trigger start a conversation, and the guards would go about their business. In previous games, on the easy difficulty level of the ball, a map on which targets and guards were marked. It was easy to see that every inhabitant of the world was busy with some kind of business, and everyone had routes. In Absolution, this map was cut out, so you don’t have to strain yourself. Everyone just stands there and waits for the player to come up. And according to the developers, the new Hitman will have the same thing. And it’s sad.
I don’t quite understand why the game is simply called Hitman, because it doesn’t really look like a reboot, to put it mildly.
